A reservation with Adventures Macedonia is confirmed once the customer books an adventure tour through our official channels. By proceeding with the booking, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions, forming a legally binding agreement.
Adventures Macedonia offers adventure experiences as specified in the booking confirmation. Any additional services must be requested in advance and may be subject to extra charges.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Adventures Macedonia reserves the right to deny participation if a customer’s condition, behavior, or actions pose a risk to safety. In such cases, cancellation fees will apply as outlined in Section 3.1.
If an activity is canceled due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events, customers may choose to reschedule or receive a refund minus administrative and service-related costs.
Participants must be in good physical health and must disclose any medical conditions that could affect their ability to participate.
Participation is not allowed for individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs judgment.
All participants must follow safety instructions provided by guides. Non-compliance may result in exclusion from the activity without a refund.
Customers must ensure they have valid health and accident insurance that covers adventure activities.
Adventure activities involve inherent risks. By participating, customers voluntarily accept these risks, acknowledging the potential for injury.
Prior to participation, all individuals must sign a waiver releasing Adventures Macedonia, its guides, staff, and associated partners from liability for personal injury, property damage, or any incidents occurring during the activity.
